I am a member of the leadership team at Nymble, where we are building the world’s first Autonomous Cooking Appliance for Residential use.We are backed by prominent investors, like Accel; and after rolling out our Beta Product to users in the Bay area in October 2022; we are ready to ship Production devices to users in the Holiday season of 2024My primary focus areas at Nymble are• Cross-Functional Leadership- I lead the complete Hardware Team, which comprises 15 teammates across Electronics, Mechanical, Systems and Sourcing functions- Responsible for managing Product development activities across verticals; as well as ensuring close collaboration with Firmware and Software Teams• Product Development- Worked closely with Customer facing teams for the development of PRD; and then led the development of Technical requirement document- Led the development of 50 units of Beta design version, from manufacturing in Bangalore to deployment in the US; leading to PMF validation of the product• System Architecture- Responsible for the definition of the System Architecture of the device, along with the selection of all Electro-mechanical components- Key Stakeholder in defining the Electronics Architecture of the Control Board for the device, as well as the selection of key components for the PCB• Testing and Validation- Responsible for definition of Testing Standards to ensure validation based on Reliability as well as User Functionality- Leading development of all IQC as well as OQC testing processes of the device for the CM Partner• Sourcing and Vendor Management- Worked closely with the Sourcing team for review and validation of Contract Manufacturing Partners for the device in China- Established Sourcing channels for multiple components still being used in the device during the initial years of the company

- Developed the Architecture and the High-level System design of the Bus Battery product, and guided multiple domain-specific teams towards a single direction and goal- Created an indigenous Modular CAN Bus Logging device, used extensively around the company; at 1/10th the competitive market price- Handled the Electronics System Design and Build of the 2 and 3-Wheeler Battery Swapping Station, from Concept build and Testing, to the Production rollout

-I worked on end to end development of multiple robotic sub-systems with Interdisciplinary teams to execute Product design from Concept level to Production including CAD Designing, Modeling, Prototyping, Testing, Validation and Certification through Manufacturing-My responsibilities included Process Optimization, Design for safety, assembly and manufacturing while constantly improving company products in terms of Performance, Reliability and Longevity.-I was also involved in the development of Local & Foreign procurement pipelines for key system components, Vendor vetting and on-boarding and setting up manufacturing processes. -Served as a SPOC for any Electronics related issues encountered at Domestic and International Customer installations by the Installation and Service teams. Took up the opportunity to handle technical as well as operational challenges with limited time and resources in an International operation site as a part of the Leadership Training Program.-Awarded Certificate of Appreciation, for being an Ambassador of GreyOrange Culture Code
