Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to successfully identify talent for Digital, Technical, Creative, Engineering, and Professional positions.• Creatively source, identify, and qualify candidates through various online search engines, networking, referrals, and the creation of new recruiting strategies.• Collaborate with Account Manager to determine clients’ requirements for Contract-W2 opportunities to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.• Manage expectations on the client and candidate side, communicating timelines and the state of the current market.• Thoroughly qualify candidates by conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, negotiating compensation, and performing background/reference checks.• Assist candidates with resume writing, coach and prepare candidates for interviews.• Onboard consultants through new hire paperwork/contracts.• Maintain candidate Submission status using applicant tracking system(JOB DIVA)
