Key Accounts handling: • USA : ROXY Women’s Wear & ROXY Kid’s Wear, URBAN Outfitter (Free People), JERELL Clothing Co.• EUROPE: QUIKSILVER Na Palli Job Profile• Responsible for complete merchandising operations including costing/ sourcing and Order execution .• Planning T&A with regard to submission/approvals & production with factories.• Maintaining production schedules as per committed ship dates, ensuring the right quality and timely deliveries.• Routine communication with buyers with constants updates on individuals style status/ weekly• Pre & post cost analysis of each style. Quarterly review of the buyer’s performance and in turn reviews the organisation’s performance.• Annual turnover analysis, annual budget analysis of all departments and monitoring of actual v/s budgeted cost.• Work closely with Freight Forwarder and shipping lines to meet the Buyer Delivery dates. • Leading a team of four merchants and planning with individual merchants as per buyer’s A/c’s distributed.• Follow ups with all concerned departments to meet the T & A planning.• Ensure correct and timely delivery of fabrics, trims & accessories.• Involve in the production planning and Quality related issues of shipments.• Ordering fabrics/trims, labels for sampling and production, daily follow up with the mills & fabric suppliers, label supplier national & international such as check net, Brand ID directly.

Through the Buying House NEWTIMES .Job Profile• Coordinating with the buying agencies.• Ordering fabrics/trims for sampling and production, coordinating with the mills & fabric suppliers directly.• Participating in the discussion related to new development,Costings ,Price negotiation from the Buyer & Buying agencies.• Making production & sampling plans,material charts to follow up the fabrics & trims, day by day• Taking approvals on the all the buyer required samples such as fit sample,size sets,pp samples & TOP samples.• Making TNA / Production Plans & keeping a strong follow up of it.• Ordering all kind of production accessories & labeling trims with the International & national suppliers & co-ordinating with them as well as Stores & keep a close watch on the in-House dates.• Coordinating with the Labs & taking the approvals on FPT & GPT.etc.• Taking approvals on labdip,Print strike-offs,Bitlooms for bulk fabric & accordingly proceed the greige to mills for bulk dying/printings & take the appvl on ,bulk lots from the buying offices.• Assign specific job responsibilities to the associates and careful monitoring to ensure smooth work functioning.• Review highlight reports and allocation with MD to confirm the placement plan in view to the capacity planned.• Preparing Budgets with a perception of making it a successful and profitable business deal.
