Whether it was the choice of what & how I study, the choice of jobs I took up or even the things I buy. These choices which have often come with certain challenges have also helped me shape my outlook, broadened my mindset, develop adaptability, grow an affinity for continuous learning and have a few good stories to share with others.My involvements via projects, internships and work experience cover various industries/sectors such as Radio Frequency communications, Automobile, Coal mining, Solar energy, e-Health delivery and more recently Retail & Data Science. Such diverse learning opportunities have helped me develop broader knowledge & skill base, on which I hope to continue building expertise to be an industry leader with strong management skills and sound understanding of technology. My 2-year stay at IIMB had helped me build fundamentals in multiple aspects of business management. I have enjoyed engagements in Strategy, Leadership, Product, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing, and bringing multi-domain knowledge in solving business challenges. My previous work engagement at Coal India was a character-building experience, leading large & diverse team at a Coal Handling Plant from Day1 in a harsh & remote environment. People I have worked with often regard me as a rational, calmer person in heated arguments, an ardent learner and a dependable team player. My personal motto has always been to learn more, do better, achieve the best, leave the rest…and repeat.I love reading articles and following news on current affairs, business, technology, lifestyle and Space. Reading maps and cycling have been my childhood hobby. I have acted in many dramas. I enjoy group and solo travelling whenever I can. I am a nerd for background scores in films/tv/advertisements and brand sound logos.
