** Driving 40+% revenue for Cloudtail India. Responsibilities included overall P&L management, launching & driving adoption of retail tools and managing working capital/cash flows. During my tenure, these businesses delivered ~2X+ GMS growth, ~450bps margin improvement and ~9 days reduction in Working Capital. Assisted the category leader in increasing profitability by lowering procurement costs, implementing pricing interventions, and influencing inventory buying decisions.

** Was part of India advertisement launch team. Responsibilities included setting up accounting processes and working with global teams for accounting automation, partnered with business in defining rate cards, building operating models, headcount planning, business review framework and IN specific product launches. Business grew to $100M+ revenue in less than 2 years of launch. Constructed a revenue accounting and assurance process from beginning to end. This included on-time billing toadvertisers and revenue leakage auditing measures.

First member to join India FP&A team. Played a critical role in building India specific financial reporting requirements and developed myself as SME for COGNOS tool. Responsibilities included budgeting, long range strategic planning – OP/3YP, management of headcount plans, reporting, and implementing new processes.

Was leading a team of 18 people and was responsible for the entire gamut of finance activities including business partnering, month closure, audits, day to day operations around receivables, payables and treasury.
