Responsibilities:o Launching promotion across channels, internal(various customer touch points on both web & app) and external i.e. affiliates, coupon sites & ad-networks which involves driving tactical marketing on high margin SKUso Retention Marketing:• Email Marketing: A-B testing on creative and subject line to drive max ROI• Working on the retention strategy- identification of dormancy, users and executing dormant user activation driveo Mobile Marketing:• Taking care of mobile user acquisition on paid channels• Identifying and nurturing quality sources to drive mobile user acquisition keeping retention and conversion rates in mind. • Promotional push notifications to app users.• In- app engagement based on user behavior. o On Site Engagement : • Identifying the various exit points and creating a tailored communication to retain the user.• Identifying user behavior on-site(Web, mWeb) and creating customized communication to drive maximum engagement.• Set up DFP on site as an additional task which now contributes as a revenue source from hoteliers and external advertisers.o Affiliate Marketing• Setting up Meta Search Engines- Commercial closure, technical integration & continuous optimization • Managing global and local Affiliates partners to meet business objectives• Setting up algorithm for key meta search engines to ensure consistent conversions & higher ATVs.

 Taking care of performance sales for entire North Region along with International clients. Identifying and driving growth opportunities for Generating maximum business and Revenue. To develop solutions to meet advertiser objectives.  Structuring and Delivering Media Solutions for performance Based Campaigns. Constant monitoring on the client campaign progress and providing insights to the clients. Also initiating a change in strategy (If needed).

 Managing campaigns via Direct Track and Right Media Exchange (RMX). Coordinating and communicating with Indian and International publishers/affiliates for day to day delivery requirements. Advanced reporting of campaigns for client and internal analysis. Rate negotiations with affiliates. Managing Indian & International publishers/buyers on RMX. Campaign Management, Advertiser and Affiliate Management. Report Analysis and Fraud Management. Setting up Campaign & Publisher payouts.
