The project aimed at migrating existing call center claim filing applications to AWS cloud platform compatible technologies for better scaling and performance.Responsibilities:• Analyze existing application call flow built• Design Solution architecture using AWS serverless architecture, React JS and Node JS. • Design security features for PCI and PII compliance• Estimate LOE on features and create delivery timelines and roadmaps.• Create Core Common Modules and create Node services architecture• Develop and deploy Microservices in Node JS on AWS cloud environment• Design Backend serverless processes using AWS Lambda triggered via SQS, SNS , API gateway , S3.• Develop web services using Microsoft .Net Framework. •. Created chatbot service Asurion claim filing website with Liveperson Integration• Create presentations for various client stakeholders• Co-ordinate with offshore team on daily tasks and resolve design queries.• Code Reviews• Provide production support to existing legacy applications.

Worked on developing software applications for Product Demand Side Management (DSM). Worked right from the inception phase , to define Business requirements based on interaction with Energy Utility SMEs. Prepared technical design documents and POCs. Developed SOAP APIs to implement business logic.Also worked on production support for Bank of America applications in Lotus Notes, Java, and MS Access. These applications supported secondary Mortgages. The objective is to understand the business of the applications and migrate the current applications from retiring Lotus Notes technology to Microsoft .NET.
