• IoT for Wetlands Management, a project funded by the Victorian State Government (Coastcare Victoria Community Grants 2020 - C1 Stewardship and Education) in partnership with Friends of Truganina Community Group and Melbourne Water.• This project involves the restoration of the Truganina swamp by monitoring environmental factors such as air, water, and soil quality by setting up a network of wireless sensors on-site, enabling communication between them, and retrieving the collected data from the cloud for further processing. • Collaborated with team members to learn and establish hardware (ZigBee, LSM9D, Force Sensor and Feather MO) and software interfaces (Arduino IDE, Xctu, TeraTerm)• Established the Wi-Fi connection using ESP8266 module with the help of Arduino IDE and worked alongside engineers to create simple user-friendly software interactions• Consulted with the team to develop and test Lambda functions using Amazon’s Web Services, as a part of the Home Automation project• Prepared reports pertaining to project requirements and progress update
