• Spearheading entire activities related to assessing, constructing design models, analyzing, and taking out the required results for various steel structures.• Liaising with different teams, such as detailing, people at site and the end clients, to consider their requirements and to give appropriate results at the earliest possible of time.• Helping detail design in terms of steel member connection design.• Interacting with team of people to get the desired results at the shortest possible time.• Imparting training programs to junior staff on technical learning and software related training.• Working on steel elements such as Industrial Frames, Steel staircases, Atriums, Canopies, Mezzanine platforms and other general structures.• Executing primary design (members design) and deriving element to element connection design.• Interacting with the team members to achieve the required results with in the target date by delegating works to the concerned team members.• Formulating various design standards / templates (spread sheets), which would eventually help in faster application of common problems.

The work mainly involves design and analysis of various kinds of steel structures.
