Current- Identify, align and prioritise potential change areas based on customer and business needs.- Inspire change and improvements within and across functions/units and processes.- Providing analytical expertise to initiatives, business flows and functions.- Facilitating efficient & effective transformations from business needs to business results, delivering improved customer, operational and/or financial performance impact or required culture changes. - Ensuring the definition and deployment of business-relevant key measurements. - Pro-actively analyzing and proposing improvements to processes, ways of working, workflows, operations and organizations for Major Transformation initiatives and Operational/continuous improvements.
