As a functional head of Strategic Transportation & Engineering BU at TSTS, responsible for Operations & BD of Overseas Signalling Business, Turnkey Engineering and Consultancy Services, Adaptive Traffic Control System (ATCS) for Road Traffic Signals, PSD and other strategic engineering, products & solutions.

IRS, a services provider in the field of Railway Signalling & Train Control Systems for Passenger/Freight Line, Light Rail Transit, Mono Rail, Metro Lines etc., in India/abroad. The Company executed various application engineering activities that include circuits design, application software development, verification, validation, testing, commissioning, engineering management, project management, technical training, technical documentation, technology consulting and related services for signalling, communications, automation and control systems for the railway and mass transit industries.

· As a Design Manager for the Application Engineering - I was responsible for the execution of work, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring timely completion· I created and developed signalling design process plans, design/drawing control procedures, typical circuits, application software and automated tools to optimize the design and detail engineering.· Identifying the scope and specific requirements of customers was a key aspect of my role, ensuring that objectives were clearly defined.· Additionally, I developed system requirement specifications, system architecture and detailed implementation plans.· It was imperative to ensure that the design met the functionality, safety and all other predetermined requirements, with all phases of the processes documented according to ISO and project specific procedures.· Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, I provided technical proposals and BOM for SSI bids across various tenders.· Furthermore, I coordinated with the HR team to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates.

As a signalling domain expert, I have been involved in the hiring process, team development and have supported the business development team in finalizing the business plan for the Signalling domain.

I have extensive and diversified experience in developing signalling base line plans, designing application software & circuit plans, detail engineering, verification, simulation tests, factory acceptance tests, fields tests, customer training, mentoring team members, training entry-level designers, developing and improving current processes, project scheduling, and leading a team of designers and drafters.
