My entrepreneurial venture experience, Raghavee Goel Design Studio focused on curating indo-western gowns and everyday fashion wear for women. Option for customization enabled clients to achieve a greater sense of satisfaction and the design, a touch of uniqueness to stand out. Besides customization, we also offer an extensive range of hand-picked designer outfits and handcrafted accessories from different regions of India. This designer boutique offering a combination of customization and retail-like experience, catering to varied fashion needs of women helped me build a loyal client base.Key responsibilities:Design: Designed unique Indian, indo-western and western gowns for the label and overlooked end-to-end production of each piece. Client relations: Understanding client preferences and doing extensive market studies to better understand the market needs.Marketing: Marketed and promoted the label through fashion shows, flyers, posters, fashion and lifestyle influencers.Procurement: Maintaining relations with vendors, negotiating terms and prices with existing and new vendors, ordering and re-ordering styles (depth, sizes, colors), receiving shipments, sourcing raw material for in-house productions.Sales: Managed sales for the brick and motor store by setting KPIs for sales staff and offering various promotional offers.Leadership: Managed and lead a staff of over 15 employees for the smooth functioning and operations of the Studio.
