·       Preparing and review of Electrical SOP’s and performing Qualifications of production equipment.·       Handling documentation, customer, and FDA audits.·       Improving work areas by implementing 5S’s & Kaizen’s.·       Knowledge on Access control system, door interlock system and CCTV.·       Knowledge of instrument calibrations and preparation of calibration schedule.·       New projects BOQ preparations and execution.·       Preparation of OPEX Budget.·       Conducting thermography studies and preparing report.·       Knowledge on Relay testing and meter calibration.·       Knowledge on Circuit Breaker testing.·       Knowledge in interlocks regarding centrifuges, ANFD’s and single fluid systems.·       Following & maintaining electrical safety regulations and legal compliance.·       Troubleshooting VFD’s Control wiring, Access control system, Door interlock system and HT faults.·       Predictive & Periodical maintenance of electrical equipments.• DG-Set’s operation and maintenance.• Knowledge in water system operations like PW & WFI and its interlocks.• Preventive Maintenance schedule preparation and Planning.• Maintaining minimum critical spares.
