These dictionaries combined with our mapping algorithms enable Onclogik to classify the trials based on MOA (Mode of Action), Pathway, Therapy Segment, CDX Strategy etc.The decision engine along with the analytical user interface also provides users filters to visualize their competitive landscape based on Patient segment, Study design, Pathway, Bio-marker, Primary and Secondary outcomes or any combination of the above. Used Java’s GATE tool to accurately auto-assign ICD-9 and 10-CM (International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision, and Clinical Modification) to clinical free text. Made use of information about diseases, procedures, symptoms, and findings mentioned in medical reports.
