Built and maintained relationships with business, IT, and vendor partners to support the needs of various IT deliverables ranging from software development, infrastructure, testing, QA, and operational support. Successfully lead several technical and business transformations that consisted of migrating legacy systems and applications, consolidating warehouses and systems, and transitioning to cloud based environments for improved performance and scalability, as well as transformation and modernization of operational processes and procedures. Managed several portfolios and budgets to we were able to meet deliverables and roadmap initiatives within forecasted budget. This consisted of strategically leveraging offshore resources for a lower cost for specific software and operational activities. Work very well with business and technical partners to create and prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business and technical needs. Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
