Lead team of 22 members engaged in building, executing and supporting all digital transformation and digital marketing initiatives for US and European Salvage, After Market and OEM automotive - B2B and B2C business formats. Roles and Responsibilities: • Strategizing and Managing www.eurocarparts.com , www.lkq-ht.com B2C digital processes• Managing ekeystone.com. viantp.com and seawideb2b.com B2B digital processes. • Continuous improvement and enhancement of low budget paid ad campaigns to high ROAS. • Develop and tweak digital marketing strategies for Ecommerce websites of LKQ Corporation. • Agile implementation for all Digital Processes. • Lead and guide the test set-up, execution and measurement by A/B testing and other experimentation.• Build campaigns and roadmap to achieve incremental growth.• Conducting Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with business stake holders. • Resource planning and provisioning for smooth digital marketing process flow.• Articulate business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be design and engineered.• Implement and manage scalable internal applications for LKQ group of companies.• Work with the internal business community to turn business requirements into cost-effective and efficient solutions.• Building effective teams by hiring right talent for digital processes.• Mentoring and coaching team members.• Planning career progression of members through performance evaluation.
