Identifying innovation trends and business opportunities within the market. Leading a team to enhance the innovative potential of the business.2) Developing, strategizing, and planning new interventions that will drive innovation. Creating and overseeing a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy for the company. I have the duty to plan, organize, and execute maker-related programming and raise theprofile of the HXLS MakerSpace Labs as a resource for STEAM learning. The primary areas of focus are program development, R&D, teaching, coaching and training, coordination andcollaboration, and continuous improvement and learning. I am also responsible for the maintenance of Lab software, and hardware, to include computersand 3D printers and assisting the Technology Coordinator in technology-related projects. I providemaking and technology-related customer service and training for the public and staff. Assist inmaintaining reports and statistics that correspond to the Maker Space Labs and attend meetings & trainings to increase public awareness of HXLS maker programs.

Taught Aeromodelling Curriculum @The British School, New Delhi Aeromodelling is the activity involving the design, development, and flying of small air vehicles. It is a very exciting and interesting way to learn, apply and understand science and engineering principles.Aeromodelling generally involves small-sized flying objects like Radio Controlled Aircraft (RC Aircraft), Gliders, Ornithopters, Boomerangs, and Paper Planes. Although Aeromodelling looks like a lot of Aerospace/ Aeronautical engineering topics, it involves a lot of interdisciplinary concepts from various streams of engineering - primarily Aerospace/ Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, and Computer Science. Aeromodelling gives a good understanding of the roles each of these engineering skills play in the real aircraft industry and provides enormous opportunities to develop innovative thinking and implementation.
