• Provide informed strategic planning, storage support best practices and upgrade advice.• Provide informed strategic planning, storage best practices on Cloud leveraging NetApp’s portfolio on AWS and Cloud based backup solutions to the customer • Conducting POC on cloud backup solution with Openstack/AWS S3/Storage grid webscale and existing backup sources.• Perform Capacity trending/storage efficiency analysis and storage sizing for the customer using Netapp TCO tools. • Conduct regular operational service review meetings with customer and provide tailored best practice recommendations.
