Raghavendra has over four years of experience in operations at MJR Constructions, where he managed multiple aspects of construction projects, such as planning, budgeting, procurement, logistics, resource management, and quality control. He collaborated with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, align objectives, and analyze feasibility. He also demonstrated exceptional skills in project monitoring, reporting, vendor negotiation, and contractor billing, resulting in the timely and efficient delivery of projects. Additionally, he completed an internship at Acuvate, where he worked on employee data segregation and training processes, feedback collection and cross-skilling, and employee profile preparation. Raghavendra's unwavering dedication and expertise make him a valuable asset in the realm of operations management. As the president of the Woxsen Operations Club (Tantra), Raghavendra leads and organizes various events, workshops, and competitions to promote operational excellence and innovation among students and faculty.
