The Internship @HCCBPL was in Operational Excellence Department. We were given the project regarding the total time reduction from LBO(Last Bottle Out) to FBO(First Bottle Out) in KRONES HSPET(Filller Area).The current time from LBO to FBO was 100 min that we had to reduce it to 60 min using Time and Motion Study. The project was done under the guidance of our Mentor,Production Manager, Team Leader, Chemist and the Operator.Another project was regarding the Number of Casual Labour working in QA Dept. were to be optimized using Time and Motion Study.
