India On Track has been set - up to inculcate a culture of sport amongst the youth in India with an aim to create a platform for Indian youth to learn and participate in various sports in a secure environment through world class training and conditioning techniques.In a path-breaking venture, India On Track has partnered with the Arsenal Football Club to create India’s first comprehensive football grassroots development programme.The initiative provides participants top class training and coaching facilities, with programmes created and executed using the technical expertise of Arsenal FC.Students also benefit from continued inputs and interaction with the players and coaching staff at the Club, for a wholesome learning experience.The program is executed through the Arsenal Soccer Schools, managed and operated by India On Track.As one of the core members of the company, my core responsibilities include managing and overseeing new city set-ups, venue operations, partner relations, conducting marketing activities for the company. Along with the above I was responsible for managing and handling our academies participation in an international football tournament; Mare Nostrum Easter Football Cup 2015, held at Barcelona, Spain in April 2015. Liaising with the organisers and students was a critical part of the project.

A company set-up to provide physical education curriculums to schools and offer holistic development to the students. The PEAK (Physical Education for All Kids) programme strengthens the idea of providing qualatative training to students in the country. Based in Mumbai and having partnerships with various school for PEAK, IISA has become a major part in a child's development. My role as an Associate Manager with IISA was to promote this curriculum in different schools in the Delhi / NCR region. It included visiting various schools and discussing at length the benefits that the school would get once they become a partner. Along with this, IISA conducted the first ever Youth Champions Leage (YCL) in Goa in 2012. A grassroot level football tournament organised for the football teams in various schools pan-India and also football training academies across the country. With Luis Figo as the Chief Guest, and Goa as the venue for this tournament, it proved to be a success as teams from North, West and South India participated in the tournament. The two team sent from my region were the finalists in their respective age categories.

SFS Fire & Security Pvt. Ltd., is a leading total solutions provider of fire detection and alarm and fire protections and security systems. A joint venture established in 2009 between Allied Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Sureland Industrial FIre Safety Ltd.SFS was created for the execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects in India and other global markets. They posses the following skill-sets:1. Design and Engineering2. Procurement and Supply3. Project Management4. Construction Management5. Inspection, Testing and Commissioning6. Product sales for Indian and International Markets.As a business development executive, my role was research about the International market, especially in African areas. Providing in-depth analyses and reports regarding whether or not to target such a market was viable. As a part of the Procurement Team, I was responsible for handling the department which solely focussed on acquiring required raw material for the execution of various Fire Protections and Detection projects. Projects funded by NTPC, Talwandi Sabo, JSPL, Steel Authority of India, were handled by our team.

The IX Common Wealth Games 2010 in New Delhi proved that sports was heading to India. An event which takes place every 4 years was held in the Capital from 3rd to 14th October 2010. As a part of the Organising Committee, my area of expertise was to manager Athlete Transportation at the Siri Fort Sports Complex in New Delhi. With a team of 20+ volunteers I had to manager and oversee the swift and timely arrival and departure of athletes participating in the event.

A powerful, invigorating and enduring learning experience seldom takes place without getting out of one's comfort zone. We have designed a safe environment in natural settings where we engage participants deeply in adventure activities. Challenge is always by choice and is designed specific to age groups. Experimentation is encouraged and there are no failures only mistakes to learn from. It was an opportunity for me to be a part of a set-up that encourages students to explore and learn about their surroundings and themselves through nature camps filled with activities and adventures. My responsibility was to explain to the parents and the students the importance of physical activity in their life and convince them to try and understand the need for holistic development.
