Assistant Manager
Current- Leadership in Cooling Tower Project Management: Oversee operations and management of 35-40 civil cooling tower sites across India, with project values ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹345 crore, ensuring timely execution and operational efficiency.- Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead the monitoring of financial variances and prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports for top-level management, enabling informed decision-making.- Strategic Cost Optimization: Develop and present cost-reduction strategies and business forecasting models to improve financial performance and enhance business methodologies.- Audit and Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for all audits across the organization, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal standards while managing risk mitigation.- Senior Leadership Role: Report directly two levels below the CFO, with direct oversight of 400+ employees, ensuring seamless coordination across projects and departments.- Budgetary and Compliance Governance: Oversee statutory compliance, and manage the approval of 6-7 daily budget requests for non-civil sites, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.- High-Level Administrative Management: Handle critical responsibilities including professional fee management, advance tour surveillance, and various organizational compliance tasks.
