My role as a co-founder and Chief Product Officer is to build the eVolv product portfolio. I oversee the product life-cycle, from ideation and design to launch and iteration.

Leading a team of product managers, engineering staff, and project managers. Oversee end-to-end product management activities for products including, recruitment, talent management, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Execute product management processes, gather and analyze market information, research similar products, provide strategic planning to the company, and create new product features. Building AI/ML products.

Lead the team creating products for recruitment, diversity and RPO activities. Develop products for sourcing, screening, assessing talent, and workforce planning.Supporting clients in 66 countries and a $200 million revenue line.Developing data products including metrics, benchmarks, and AI-driven prediction tools to support recruitment.

Lead product management for Talent Acquisition products, including applicant tracking, mobile, CRM, on-boarding, and data analytics. Responsibilities include developing product strategy; creating roadmaps in collaboration with sales and other stakeholders; working with marketing to establish a value proposition and messaging; and improving P&L with a focus on delivering high value features and products capable of delivering new revenue.➢ Launched a content management module to support learning and education.➢ Led the development and launch of a big-data analytics product to deliver actionable analytics related to talent acquisition and management.➢ Implemented the infrastructure including a data warehouse to support big-data.➢ Led the research, design, and deployment of a new mobile user experience and associated user interfaces, including responsive design of key components for use on mobile devices. ➢ Supporting sales with strategies for penetrating retail, gaming and healthcare verticals.

Advising clients on developing data driven talent acquisition and management strategies and solutions. Implemented and customized multiple big-data analytics solutions to aggregate data from HR products (HRIS, ATS, and Performance Management) to improve selection and employee performance. ➢ Managing teams of consultants based in the US and India, and supporting clients in multiple countries. ➢ Evaluating, selecting, and implementing HR technology. ➢ Designing and developing custom solutions and integrations between multiple products.➢ Advised on HR aspects of M&A in 12 acquisitions including due diligence, integration planning, and combination of technology infrastructure.

Led a team that developed, deployed and managed a system supporting HR needs (payroll, recruitment, HRIS, and compensation). Managed a team of 11 recruiters that filled over 400 positions with candidates sourced from 80 countries.

Led a multi-country (US, India, and the Philippines) development team designing performance, learning, benefits administration, and compensation management software. Won Product of the Year at the HR Technology conference for a performance management system.
