I am a passionate and driven Business Development Manager at the Basketball Federation of India (BFI), where I lead the charge to ignite the flames of basketball across our nation. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Event Management from Leeds Beckett University. My core competencies are event planning, strategic partnerships, and sponsorship management.In my current role, I identify and cultivate partnerships with corporate sponsors, brands, and organizations aligned with our mission. I develop innovative sponsorship packages to support BFI initiatives and events. I also lead the redevelopment of our website and digital platforms to provide a seamless experience for all stakeholders. I am motivated by the vision of creating a thriving basketball ecosystem in India, where everyone can enjoy the game and benefit from its positive impact. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked as an event operations manager for the Tamil Nadu Premier League, The Cricket World Cup and various other events.
