• Develop and plan training programs to market it ( Courses outlines, Brochures, Website ) • Managing and updating the needed database to be used in training programs ( Trainers, Companies, Trainees, Suppliers)• Ensuring all facilities are on site for all events.• Identify training needs and develop programs to suit it ( Forms, handouts related to Perfect )• Maintain work within budget.• Answering and responding to outside communication such as phone calls, faxes, emails, and web-based enquiries. This includes on-going communications, project-based communications, from training participants, presenters and clients.• Creating timelines and work plans and training location for each event (Name of Program, No. of Trainees, Company name, Title, Materials, Name tags, contact info.)• Working with clients to conduct all recruitments, giving special attention to participant needs and superb customer service to participants and clients throughout all events.• Supporting administrative functions of training program as needed including correspondence with training participants and clients, data entry, filing, photocopying, gifts.• Refer outside requests and questions to manager and other staff members as well as keeping them updated on status of assigned process.• Monitor quality evaluation and review the process of training programs through observations and trainees' feedback.• Keep updated by meetings and attend internal and external courses related to training. • Maintain good and professional connections with other training organizations.Education and Experience:• A college degree • Relevant work experience , and preferable Customer Service experience• Mastering of the English Language written and spoken• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the operation of media equipment, such as projectors, and personal computers
