• Develop Feasibility studies; Architecture & Cost,• Meeting with clients to understand the exact requirements and advice them as needed for better results,• Attending various meetings-as needed- with contractors and consultants as a client representative,• Manage multiple commercial & residential projects from A to Z with a budget up to AED 450 million, tasks including but not limited to: o Creating conceptual designs, o Developing schematic drawings , o Preparing landscape designs, o Zoning applications, o Building code reviews.• Led a team of four to develop, produce & prepare drawings packages,• Meeting with suppliers and prospective possible contractors,• Material Specification and brand selection,• Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate;• Site visits to manage and control the work activities,• Review Architectural completed drawings prior to final submission.

• Prepare & develop Architectural Concept designs following governmental & international design regulations,• Develop schematic designs,• Develop the Architectural spacing, massing & elevations through 3d graphics,• Interior design & space planning,• Create Landscape designs including; soft & hard landscaping.
