We can provide quality service to our customers.Responsibilities:• Complete In-charge of Training activities in South Region.• Training, Developing & Motivating of our manpower to enhance relationships and measure staff satisfactionConducting Training program to workshop Staff as per needs based on¤ Internal repeat job reports¤ Repeat complaints¤ PSF complaints¤ Technical In house skill contest¤ 5s Activities ¤ Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, A/c and electrical, MPFI & CRDI• Providing support to audit team.• Preparing new course curriculum and modules as per the requirement of our units (Final Inspection, Service Advisor, Engine overhaul, Transmission overhaul, HVAC, MPFI, Washing etc..)• Providing Technical Support to the Hub's for Diagnosis of multi brand cars to resolve various type of technical issues pertaining to periodic and Break down maintenance.• Implementing & Monitoring of Standard Operating Workshop Procedures.• Implementation of Express bay, Final Inspection Process in units full fledge • Preparing live circuit of electrical circuits like Ignition, starting for easy learning
