• Managing Facilities and Service Operations.• Facility upkeep is maintained in all areas – Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria and Front office.• FM staff provides timely reports as per the schedule and adhere to agreed SLA.• FM and vendors staff tracks the completion of the scheduled work.• Accuracy of the data, analyse the FM costing and highlight the management accordingly.• Monthly invoicing is done on time as per agreed timelines and taken.• Assist Sr. Facility manager in all admin related activities, Assisting HR with Joining formalities and Interview conduction. • Ordering of ID card, Visiting card, stationery etc. within the given budgets.• Asset management: Asset Tagging, Record Keeping, asset maintenance• Travelling, Transport and Accommodation arrangement for delegates and employees visiting facility.
