Team Manager (Client: Unilever)By keeping an eye on continuous process improvement (product costing process), I revamped and cleared the balances (left-out) in the cost center within P&L accounts and created manual journal entries (for posting from a cost center to brand)For meeting the desired objective, I organized an in-depth analysis of unallocated values and designed/ delivered a distribution cycle for updating the distribution process based on production ratio, later updated in the system (at factory level).Team Lead:In this role, I performed end-to-end product costing for product/material mentioned within the P&L account made available by the cost center basis the distribution rules, for 60 factories within timelines. I successfully led a team of 25 team members (month-end closure activity: every 2nd day of a new month)Leveraging the skills gained, I evaluated, realigned, and verified the entire book of accounts/general entries, accrued liability and provision accounts, ARAP reclass journal, with the support of 6 team members across 30 factories.Process Lead:Under this assignment, I was responsible for progressive planning and formulating manual journal entries, commencing account reconciliations, and submitting bank reconciliations statements.
