I led the team of management reporting supporting Performance Reviews conducted by Country finance leadership teams and Category finance leadership teams while working on the Big Rocks on Unilever's agenda.Currently, a part of the most complex transformations in Unilever's history. Unilever sold off its spreads business in Dec 2017 and have been part of the core team managing disposal with the responsibility of carving out Spreads financials and offer Shared services through R2R, P2P across 70 countries to the organization that has bought spreads until they have their own organizational set up.
