Recognizing the need for unrelated donors to save lives of blood cancer patients in India, Raghu set up DATRI, India’s first unrelated blood stem cell donor registry in 2009.

Raghu enabled the formation of Ivy Mobility, a mobile solutions company that is a leader in the FMCG and the Pharmaceuticals vertical. Subsequently contributed as an Advisor in building the organization.

Raghu has successfully carried out several projects in the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, helping several startups and established businesses to grow immensely.

Was involved in setting up and growing the Chennai Development center as a strategic ODC for large clients. Gave a strategic direction to the entry of i-flex into Insurance vertical.

Lead a team of 600 employees at this BPO which was later acquired by Aegis. Helped win major logos like Shell Energy Services and Hewlett Packard.

Developed the organisation in India from 0 to 600 employees in a span of 1.5 years. Generated a revenue of 53 million USD of the total revenue of 83 million USD at the time of exit.
