KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Leadership & Team Management • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and objectives for team members, ensuring the team is well-equipped and motivated to meet organizational goals. 2. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure that all maintenance processes align with pharmaceutical industry regulations, particularly for equipment qualification and validation processes. • Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, ensuring that maintenance documentation and processes are up-to-date and compliant. 3. Equipment Reliability & Performance • Take ownership of the reliability and performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities systems, ensuring that performance metrics (such as MTTR - Mean Time to Repair, MTBF - Mean Time Between Failures, etc.) meet or exceed company targets. • Lead troubleshooting efforts for major equipment failures, ensuring that the root causes are identified, and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence. • Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize maintenance strategies and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). 4 Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance department, promoting the use of new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance maintenance effectiveness and efficiency. 5.Safety Compliance. • Implementation of in-house safety barricades in work zones by differentiating of various safety
