In addition to transforming businesses using innovative technology, we can efficiently manage their IT and back office operations with our professional outsourcing.Roles & Responsibilities:• Handled the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.• Responsible for contract, contract-hire & fulltime placements of IT professionals for Preferred vendors/Direct clients across USA• Recruiting via Internet job boards (Dice.com, Monster, LinkedIn, Ceipal, Computer Jobs, Indeed, Bull Horn reach, etc) direct phone sourcing, vendor network, and referrals and expanded Internet sourcing. • Assigned the tasks of utilizing on-line database, candidate referrals, internet and networking to identify potential candidates.• Resourcing of the resumes and short listing candidates for the requirements. • Screening US Citizens, Green card holders, EAD, and H1B and check their suitability towards the requirement. • Rate negotiation before short listing the candidates.• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements. • Generate Daily reports and Update the same to the top level management.• Responsible for recruiting and maintaining good relationship with existing candidates of the organization.

Develop a plentiful pipeline of qualified talent. Anticipate/prepare for future skill requirements.Sourcing suitable candidates for Contract and Contract to Hire positions requirements for the US market.Negotiating rates with consultant’s who are USC and GC’s under W2 and 1099.Building vendor relationships for quick and better results for obtaining the right profiles at the right moment.

• Takes care of Team Shrinkage and Attrition• Coaches and mentor team to achieve Process targets on daily and monthly basis.• Audits Random Calls and provides Feedback on the Areas of Improvement.• Prepares RCA for customer issues and disputes to escalate to the Client in order to provide better services and customer retentions• Setting up Quality monitoring system and ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications in order to meet client’s targets. • Direct interaction with the clients, attending client meetings and calibration sessions both internal and external. • Handling and resolving the queries of the customers with regard to various types of issues. Resolving the entire customer’s issues related to the product.• Conducts Daily Briefing and Debriefing sessions in order to update the latest information about the product and process.• Conducts Refresher Training on the Areas of Improvement for Defaulters.
