• Ensuring monthly closure of books of accounts as per the timelines and all the expenses and provisions are duly accounted as per the GAAP and providing timely support to the auditors for closure of quarterly audits• Supporting to 4 Business Units for their regular Channel Payouts, scheme validations & claim settlements and regular analysis on BU wise profitability..• Cash & Collection Management and monitoring various avenues of Collections• Maintenance of Circle Books and Review Trail Balance and General Ledger on a monthly basis, and reporting financials and MIS within the timelines and as per the business requirement • Ensure compliance with respect to statutory returns & payments like (VAT, I T tax & service Tax and ESI profession taxes payments)• Controlling cost, streamlining Finance process, ensure a expenses are within the budget.• Participating in rates negotiation with vendors and channel partner schemes

• Handling 400 Channel Partners across the Karnataka Circle• Processing of commission, calculating and imposing Claw back(debit note) to Channel Partners.• General Ledger Review and Budgetary control.• Settlement of channel partners as and when they resign / terminate.• Co ordination with NHQ for resolutions / operational issues and process implementation across the Circle.• Preparation of RCP claims and submission and coordinating with DoT offices, for payments.• Attend to and interact with Government and other agencies with respect to any queries or notices relating to Enterprise Business• Audit coordination and compliance with respect to PCO Business and channel Partners issues.• Looking after Service Delivery function and Coordinate Cluster for smooth running of PCO & prepaid operations in Circle and also ensuring that new processes are implemented across the circle.• Review and performance monitoring for Channel partners and other outsourced agencies.• Ensuring commercial contracts /agreements to channel partners are issued & their Documentation• Branding and other signage utilization and reconciliation monitoring.• Handling of opex vendor payments

• Liaison with banks & financial institutions for getting term loans and over draft facilities. Preparation of various Bank reports like monthly, quarterly, half yearly statements and also preparation of CMA data. • Handling taxation and Attending all tax related matters ex: - Income Tax / Wealth Tax/ Sales Tax-hearings and co-ordination with Statutory / Internal Auditors for various Accounting and tax related matters• Maintenance of books and finalisation of accounts including preparation of related Financial Statements• Preparation of MIS, Budgeting, Costing reports and Analysis of cost data and vetting of investment proposals.• Handling Payroll and PF trust, preparation and submission of relevant returns to concerned authorities.• Monitoring and reconciliation of branch accounts and money transactions
