And, to make sure the vendors collects the casting and bought out items (Upper & Lower Stem) with delivery note issued for same. Only in the case of making body part, the finishing ends with blackening process.Once machining is done, PO and DN are released to ENP suppliers where Electro Chemical process for finishing purpose is done.On completion of ENP process, PO and DN are released to machining vendors to complete pinning and final assembly.Following up with logistics team to ensure on time delivery of the processed materials.Responsible to dispose or rework rejected items with an RMA returned to supplier and reworked. In case of urgency, rework is done internally with approved instructions.To make sure the payments are made on time to the vendors to avoid credit hold and material delay.Frequent Supplier visits are made so that material delay is avoided and to make sure line runs without affected.
