Hit HW cost targets, product introduction timeline and drove the Product Development Process (PDLP). Introduced new checkpoints (HW/SW performance, user living room scenarios that impacted product design) to ensure that the PDP process was improved.• Led engineering team consisting of EE, ME, FW, Optical, Audio, Test and Program Management to deliver all projects on time and budget. Drove teamwork and close working relationship with platform SW, developer community, marketing, manufacturing operations and call center operations to ensure all aspects of the HW product and experience was covered (from pre-sale to out of the box experience to actual usage).• Business lead in acquisition of Canesta including driving the technical and business due diligence, the internal acquisition process and the final acquisition and integration of the company. Key member during the acquisition of 3DV. Both Canesta and 3DV were startup companies focused on 3D vision.• Three system level HW patents granted.
