Managing the back office activities.Managing customer service operations for rendering & achieving quality services.Responsible for resolving customer complaints on performance bottlenecks.Providing value added services to the customers by attending customer queries & issues.Since 13th October 2009; Key Responsibility Areas:.To achieve the assigned cluster business goals.Managing sales operations through a group of Business Executives.Keeping a good relationship with all the Branch Managers of the assigned Cluster.To upload the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.Responsible for resolving customer complaints on performance bottlenecks. To ensure quality of proposals sourced from the branches to build quality business.To train and handhold Business Executives on the corporate philosophy as well as business fundamentals.
