The aim is to streamline processes and make the workflow efficient for doctors, patients and healthcare professionals. I have been associated with Bijib from close to their startup. I streamlined processes, defined work methods and created a platform for sustainable expansion. During my tenure, I helped develop multiple healthcare platforms which could be used by healthcare professionals from hospitals and clinics.

Managed the training facility and also looked after the IT requirements. Created training programs for employee skill enhancements. Training programs included technical skills and soft skills for employees at at all levels. Managed the IT infrastructure and also helped in developing custom software for the organization work process. Implemented ISO 27001 security standards for the organization.

I started this company as a principal supplier to Vasant Scribes Ltd., a leading Medical Transcription company based in Hyderabad. Currently, Vasant Scribes is one of the top 5 Medical Transcription companies in India. I started off with a team of 10 members and grew the company to a team size of about 50 members. The primary aim was to provide additional capacity to the principal company. This aim was achieved twice over during my tenure.

I started my career with NIIT as a Senior Faculty. I would also spend time in the SEED (School for Employee Education and Development) as a "Trainer of Trainers". This role was to work as a mentor for other NIIT faculties all over India. Over a period of time, I was managing one of the Education Centres in Goa. I also got into the Corporate Training Division. I worked with most of the corporates in Goa and handled in house training programs for them. I subsequently setup my own Education Centres in Dharwad, Karnataka and in Begumpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The primary roles here were to start the training centres and head the operations for the education business in these areas.

I started my career with Datapro as a Junior Faculty. My primary role was to help students with their assignments on IT topics taught in class. During my tenure with Datapro, I progressed up in the organization and was managing the Centre Operations in about 3 years. At the time of leaving, I was responsible for the deliver of services to the clients.
