ANSR, today, represents one of the largest global companies in its business with impeccable credentials and track record.What i do @ ANSR• Responsible for end-to- end recruitment & selection of entry, middle and senior level positions.• Liaising with hiring managers on hiring projection, planning and requirements gathering • Sourcing resumes through various sources like Job Portals, Head Hunting, Social Networking and Employee Referral.• Resume generation through Various channels.• Scheduling technical interviews with technical panels. Closing the positions based on HR Interview• Involved in market research, Salary survey, execution of Job Advertisements in Social Media-Job portals, ANSR Internal database, Employee Referral, Career Website & head hunting• Responsible for offer generation and rolling out the offer letters to candidates.• Responsible for getting the offer approvals from internal stakeholders and GIC hiring managers • Responsible for conducting referral check for offered candidates.• Negotiation on CTC and notice period.• Handholding the candidate right from the offer stage, to the completion of joining formalities.
