Portland Business Journal Tech CEO of the Year in 2015.Earlier, co-founder and CTO of Responsys, one of the first cloud-based marketing technology companies. Went public (NASDAQ: MKTG) and was subsequently acquired by Oracle for $1.5 Billion.Early employee at EDA pioneer Mentor Graphics Joined in 1983, when it had no revenues and a few dozen (amazing) employees. Left after it became a behemoth, a public company with $400M in revenue and 2,500+ employees.
