My duties :1) Consulting patients on dietary modifications to make based on their health conditions and/or goals2) Sourcing for patient referrals (local & foreign) from medical facilities by demonstrating value of service provided to patients3) Conducting health awareness campaigns on behalf of company for state-sponsored programs4) Attending to house-calls for bedridden and disabled patients5) Online/Phone consultation for outstation patients

My duties :1) Assisting with day-to-day running of the laboratory2) Managing the laboratory’s marketing executives and administrative staff3) Ensuring that operations comply to Ministry of Health (MoH) / Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) and The Companies Commission of Malaysia /Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) requirements

My duties :1) Promoting the laboratory’s services to clinics within Penang (Penang Island& Seberang Perai)2) Receiving problem and complaint reports from customers and resolving theissues to the satisfaction of customers
