- My research involved using diffusion Monte Carlo (DMC) simulations to predict accurate material properties. - Also, I studied, computational tasks focused on the management of walker associated memory objects on the multi-level memory/storage hierarchy including HBM, DDR, NVRAM, SSD and burst buffer. - Profiling QMCPACK code on KNL architecture for different sizes of hafnia. Profiling IO on KNL architecture.

As a cluster administrator, my main duties are create, update, and delete users and groups within the cluster. Physical and virtual server maintenance.

- I Studied ultrafast remagnetization processes when the magnets were subjected to femtosecond laser pulses.- A multiscale approach is used, i.e., first-principles density functional theory combined with atomistic spin dynamics utilizing the Landau –Lifshitz-Gilbert equation, along with a three-temperature phenomenological model to obtain the spin temperature.- Searching for new magnetic materials for next-generation data storage devices. - I Studied magnetism of multiferroics. - Structural and dynamical properties of Gd-Fe alloys studied at nanoscale levels.

- Performed micromagnetic simulations of reader heads using the MAGPAR code.- Investigated meshing problems within complex writer head geometries and searched for potential materials with engineered permeability (metamaterials / thin films / multilayers, etc.) for use in writer shields.
