With over 10 years of work experience in human resources and materials sciences, I am the head of HR at RTR Group, a leading engineering and consulting firm. In this role, I lead the HR strategy and innovation for the company, leveraging my expertise in statistics and simulations to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent acquisition, retention, development, and performance. I also work with the senior management and the business units to align the HR objectives with the company's vision, mission, and values, and to foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence. Before joining RTR Group in 2014, I was a graduate research assistant at Wright State University, where I worked on simulation for rolling wedges, a novel technique for metal forming. I also served as a graduate lab assistant, conducting experiments and analyses on various materials and properties. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in experimentation, data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, as well as a passion for materials sciences and engineering. I hold a master's degree in materials sciences from Wright State University, and a bachelor's degree in metallurgy and materials engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Science and Technology.
