Short term project on Trends in the Indian IPO market. This project incorporated an analysis of 40 mid – size companies which undertook public offering (IPO). The analysis was on the industry, business model as well as financials of these companies. The project tracked their performance post listing in relation to market valuation and overall financial performance. The project also estimated their future capital requirements by examining their financial statements and order book.
