Establish standard procedures for procurement activities in public-private partnership (PPP) projectdevelopment. This will include review the draft of procurement documents, which consists of Requestfor Qualification, Request for Proposal, and PPP Cooperation Agreement; andDevelop an operations manual and standard document on selection of consultants and transactionadvisors for preparation of PPP projects and PPP tender process management.

Managing procurement, account payable, travel management and vendor risk management for whole bank

1. Manage IT and Non IT Procurement activities (Property, Outsourcing, Marketing and Business Services, Insurance, Hotel & Travel and Office Support) to ensure seamless supply goods and services for Bank and achieve sustainable cost saving.2. Manage Vendor Risk Management (VRM) - Vendor Due Diligence (Company profile, Financial Assessment, Vendor Materiality and Risk Control Assessment) and Vendor Performance Monitoring. 3. Manage Excellent Procurement Operations by implementing Procurement Centralization process (Sourcing Strategy, Vendor and Contract Management), BuySmart and Payment System, Procurement Helpdesk System. 4. Develop and review Business continuity Plan (BCP) in Procurement and Payment Process.3. Manage Procurement Risk Control (Risk and Control Assessment, Issue and Action Plan, Control Testing, Incident report).

Manage nationwide procurement and contract activities of Bank Danamon's projects and facility services.

Responsible for the Facilities services (7 HO buildings, 2 Data Centers and hundreds of branches), Financial Management, FM Project Management and Procurement with portfolio around 120,000 sqm (60.000 sqm HO buildings and 60,000 sqm Branches in Jakarta region)

Manage team to handle and execute day-to-day operations of corporate building properties. Answer and respond to internal customer services requests and inquiries. Monitor and control customer work orders, needs and requirements. Interact and ensure smooth relationships between corporate divisions or department. Provide lease administration for corporate building properties. Prepare financial budgets, reports and statements relating to real estate management. Initiate and implement methodologies in managing properties. Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.
