 Strategic Risk Underwriter for Allianz Trade World Agency Clients in the region, analysing and approving credit limits within the framework of AT guidelines. Handled a wide range of policyholders across the industry sectors in GCC involved in approving credit limits up to an authority of €2Milllion. Acted as the Risk Business Model (RBM) Manager for AT GCC which involved in liaising with the Regional RBM Manager to carry out the functions in the local Business Unit and ensuring that the BU met the RBM governance requirements as set by the Group.  Ensured that the loss ratio of the policy holder’s portfolio remained within the acceptable threshold.  Carried out the function of selling AT’s decision to Policy Holders and ensuring that all steps necessary to gather the information has been taken. Conducted buyer visits to gather proprietary information to write the appropriate cover requested by the policyholder. Regularly met policyholders with the respective commercial department counterparts, to carry out the Group Implemented Project Excellence.  Generated Large Risk reports on the buyer groups with substantial exposure drafted proposals to be validated by the Risk Information & Claims Director, the Region and the Group according to approval matrix. Jointly responsible for producing the local Risk, Information & Claims Catalogue which serves as handbook for daily business and AT guidelines and monitoring and updating the same.
