I am a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) having 8 years of PEGA PRPC experience in design and development of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using PEGA System's PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC). I have full working rights in Australia.I worked on PEGA PRPC in various domains like Insurance, IT-Banking and Card. Have good knowledge of Pega PRPC v 6.2, 7.1, 7.2, 8.5, 8.7 and was part of successfully delivered projects.I am a Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner. Have Exposure to working in SAFe agile and Scrum Framework. I have exposure to all the phases of PRPC based SDLC life cycle i.e. Inception, Elaboration, Development, Testing, Deployment and warranty support, and Production support.Also I possess excellent debugging skills and have hands-on experience on various PRPC components like integration (SOAP, JMS), Activities, Agents, Reports, User Interface, Decision Rules, Declare Expressions, Process Flows etc.I have participated in ServiceNow NextGen professional program which focus on ServiceNow fundamentals, ITSM, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and scripting modules. I am ServiceNow CSA certified.
