35+ years of banking experience across leading local and multinational banks. I have a wealth of experience across both Retail and Corporate Banking, having held successful leadership positions across divisions and geographies. I have experience building and scaling up enterprises, having served as a founder member of the team, at both IDBI Bank and Deutsche Bank, that was tasked with the responsibility of conceptualizing and, subsequently operationalizing their national retail banking operations.I am passionate about financial inclusion, education and the environment. I was an active participant in the CSR program of Deutsche Bank where, as part of the Operating Committee, I was directly involved in selection and appraisals of CSR projects that were funded by the Bank. I am committed to working on and supporting social causes and currently serve on the Board of CARE India as well as on the Finance and Audit Committee. In addition, I am an active board member of Wonder Home Finance Ltd, a NBFC focused on Affordable Housing as well as of the the prestigious Maharani Gayatri Devi School, Jaipur, where I serves as Financial Advisor. In addition, I am passionate about social entrepreneurship and is an active Coach / Mentor with UnLtd India, an NGO incubator
