A firm believer in the science of Happiness, I have graduated with the MAHS degree - world’s first ever Master of Arts in Happiness Studies.As a certified professional, I have expanded into a field of work, study, community; that is universal, eternal and crucial in relevance – Wholebeing and Happiness practices.My experience in the domain is distinct, being a beautiful blend of traditional Indian Knowledge systems specifically Vedanta and the Bhagavad Geeta, and research backed application of the science of Positive Psychology and Happiness.Through my coaching, writing, presentations, workshops and retreats, I help people and communities, envision their ideal ‘future self’ and maximize their wholebeing potential to amass the ultimate currency of all human pursuit – happiness. I am able to do this for people from different walks of life, all of whom have one thing in common – a deep want for ‘me-search’ and a need for a happier and more fulfilling life! My professional path has been a diverse, extensive and evolving trajectory – culminating in my love and passion for seeking, spreading and sharing happiness. As a Director and COO of design and turnkey projects solutions company, I have seen the impact that a focus on positive approaches can have in organizational success – both individual as well as collective. Having steered this organization for 17+ years, I am fully equipped to effect a similar impact in a variety of domains. My natural ability to rethink conventional approaches, seek truth in all endeavours, and my skills in leading, mentoring and writing, help foster environments where individuals and organizations thrive.…..
