• Heading the team of asset management for HAM SFC True-ups and standard process. • Working on the internal tools for both HAM and SAM.• Working with customer on monthly report to cover the uncover assets, contracts, service level, last date of support and last date of sale assets.• Working on Software report using Software central, EA workspace, Power BI, End of maintenance & IB refreshment • Working on the customer reports in Thought Spot and Data canvas.• Working on the account renewals end to end along with renewal manager.• Inventory is managed in ASSR (MCE).• Software report is published with respect to product details.• Ensure license entitlements and software utilization data are maintained.• Assets which are not covered in monthly HAM report will be shared to customer for review and validated assets will be considered for True-Up on quarterly basis with respect to product based on the customer standard discount will be calculated and share the final quote shared and release the purchase order.• Working on the last date of support assets which is eligible for extending the date for the support for the major assets which will be on risk without support.• Working on the decommissioning of the assets which is not in network will be terminated and moved to Offs list.• Assets which are not covered in SAM report for the overconsumption will be considered for the True-forward report.• Working on renewal of the account support for both HAM and SAM.• Working on Enterprise Agreement scoped products.• Working with team on deploying the Auto-Discovery tools.• Providing every month procurement list to client. • Supervise and managing the team to achieve their goals on SFC. • Compare Inventory data with discovery data for completeness.• Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely closure.

• Ensure license entitlements and software utilization data are maintained.• Determine the best strategy to review and extract key data points and metrics from sources such as software asset management tools, software discovery tools, contracts, entitlements, etc for identifying savings opportunities.• To work with stakeholders on Process improvements plan / Process Enhancement.• Working on Software Compliance report with respect to Publisher (Adobe & IBM).• To work with stakeholders in bringing down the non-compliance if any• Update and maintain licenses and usage information in software inventory to ensure compliance and visibility• Inventory is managed in Flexera.• Publishing the Non-Compliant report & working on Reconciliation activity.• Working with ServiceNow for implementation.

• Heading the team of asset management for HAM for major accounts in India. • Leveraging HPAM tool for asset identification and assessment. • Reconciliation of Assets (PAV) on every month and share MIS to Business• Managing Asset recon for Capitalization.• Managing DXC India customer inventory across PAN India.• Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely closure.• Follow up with Tech. support team, whenever required to ensure timely closure of the calls as per SLA norms for faulty devices.• Call Analysis (No. & Type), Call Performance analysis (Response and Resolution Time) and Service Improvement Plan. Ensure preparation of Reports and discuss Deviations and negotiate actions.• IT Accessories planning for site stock for India customers.• Review meeting with the Team deployed at the site to handle their issues and complaints and escalate the matters to seniors if required.• Supervise and managing the team to achieve their goals. • Works with Finance team for lost Assets cases and provide details timely for claim.• Asset and spares Procurement and Deployment for business demands.• Vendor management and price negotiation.
